I originally put a web page up on AOL in 1996. Wrote it myself. very simple HTML. It did okay. I paid a web page expert  to write me a more sophisticated page with cc acceptance. and things have been rosy from 2000 until now.

They would do this by adding an abundance of crappy annotations to your topic. thereby making it worthless. damaging the reputation of the topic. and causing subscribers to drop their subscription. 
This sounded worrisome to me in light of the official google/coop documentation encouraging people to "contribute to existing topics".

Our daily budget is burned in few hours- I am talking about hundred dollars- I check our other competitors and see they always on top where we are at no where because we just cannot handle $1000 budget per day. Did you submit your URL to google? do a search on google and type in add url. Normally. when people search for your blog. you have no control what is going to come up. Normally. multiple recent pages of your blog should come up in the search engine.
